Leaden Flycatcher

This is from a couple of years ago now.  A curious little female (or possibly juvenile)  Leaden Flycatcher was checking us out as we wandered through the forest.  We nicknamed it ‘Tail of Doom’, as when they get agitated, they shake their tails around, presumably in an effort to make you leave.  Scary!Leaden Flycatcher 3Leaden Flycatcher 4

    Awesome vid gniw!

I’ve been into bird photography for about 4 years now.

A few of the shots posted were taken in my back yard (not these Leaden Flycatchers though). We have a couple of smallish forest areas nearby, so a good portion of these pics are from there.

    You’re my first comment too!

    Thanks for looking :)
